I fancy an Iphone, but dont want to pay silly money a month just to get the phone free.
Ideally I want unlimited texts and internet on it, and any more than 200 minutes a month will do. I spend 35 a month at the mo with orange so would happily spend that with o2, but dont want to pay 187 quid...
I was going to order one of these today but it was out of stock. May be a good thing seeing as most people say its pants.
Perhaps I should just go for the W995 and save £10 a month on my contract!
All this optical talk really confuses me!
I have a dvd surround sound. This is connected to the tele by HDMI. I was assuming that was good quality.
For the xbox, I have a HDMI connected the xbox to the tele, and then a phono lead in the tele, with the other end going into the headphone...
I have a Sony 5.1 all in one DVD thing.
Was only £120 down from £200 and is more than ample for what I want. 700w IIRC
Makes playing COD mental.
I have optical, not got a clue what thats all about though!
I wondered this also. I was under the impression it would download as soon as you turned the xbox on.
I did manage to sort it, but I can't remember how! I THINK I clicked on 'download premium theme' in the mini dashboard thing and it came up as free when it opened to download.
Got my 2nd elite for £170 from sainsburys with someones staff discount. Several nectar vouchers off, and traded in Fifa10, and it works out to of cost me less than what it would have been to send my old elite off for repair.
Only on level 5 so a bit short for cash after buying a few old favourites. I bought a tuning set up for my E30, paid 58k on parts to be able to use the set up, and it ended up slower and less drifty than it was before! 55PSI in the rear FTW.
The game is Grid and PGR4 combined.
It annoys me...
Well I have just got back from buying some yellow paint for mine so I hope it looks ok. If I get around to painting them this weekend I will upload some pics.
Problem is I have white wheels and i'm not sure how it will look.
At about 2pm near Priorswood in Taunton. I was attempting to get a broken down volvo drifter running in the layby.
Don't know if your on here?
The car sounds nice.
A while back, my NFS underground save file became corrupt, and then a few weeks after the DVD drive failed. I treated this as a coincidence and never bothered to get it fixed.
Now I have bought another elite as it worked out near enough the same price as getting my old one repaired. So I have...
Shame, not seen this thread before and just had a good read.
If you decide to buy it back from the insurers in the event of them writing it off, I would be interested in your rear bumper and exhaust system.
I know its cheeky, but worth a mention!
My 360 elite has had a faulty dvd drive for a while now, and I have been too lazy to do anything about it. Now Forza 3 is out, I neeed to get gaming again!!
I was wondering how much my elite would be worth to someone who wants to repair it. I can't get on ebay in work, and have no net at home...
Has it been serviced regularly?
I gave mine a full overhaul when I got it a few months ago and has been very economical. Was suprised how good it was on fuel actually to cars I have had in the past.
Thats what I can get from mine. Have managed once to get high 40s when driving behind a lorry on the motorway at 56mph. Doing 70 on the motorway will easily return at least 40mpg
Hardly ever drive it like that though. Low 30s when hooning it is common.
Has always been great on fuel.
Just...
Ah right, centre.
Suppose a pair of digital verniers to get it near enough in the centre should get it good enough for a little light use. But I expect there are tolerances that mean it needs to be adjusted to match externally rather than exactly on the bolt spacing.
Rears are defo something...
I have had some Ktec coilovers now since Day 1 and havn't got round to getting them fitted as I have been looking into taking it somewhere to get it done and all set up.
Enough is enough and rather than pay extra for fitting, which I could do myself, I have decided I may aswell fit them and...
