    6 hours aint bad, take gearbox off, drop subframe, take old clutch out, new clutch, gearbox back on, subframe back on.. A lot of work!

    Not too bad considering custom exhausts are £250+ My old boss had a stainless exhaust made for his tractor because it was cheaper than a new one. Sounded nuts too.

    That needs a new rear quarter! No panel beater would get that dent out! Unless you plan on investing in filler shares?

    Sand the area you're going to fill first too, Give the filler a good key to stick too. I just bought cheap stuff from a local motorfactors and it lasted a good few years. Also, dont overfill the hole too much as its a pain sand it down, fill it bit by bit.

    A diesel lump in a petrol car? Too much hassle for not many gains.. Sport lump will fit though. I wouldn't do it personally mate, may aswell just buy a 1*2
