Cambelt £500 - New engine similar costs- personally I would go for a car with belts done or ones due that can be done.
My phase 1 ticks all the right boxes ;)
That's a good spec-
It has Xenons & the full Aero kit.
I would up the PX to £4750 on that. ( assuming the points to check are fine ) - nimbus is a nice looking colour.
easy way to check- ask for the plaque number as they were all individually numbered 1-500.
( wheels may have been refurbed - as is a common thing after a few years)
If the air con isn't working is may be expensive as its not always a regas.
Alloys should be anthracite in colour- check for corrosion & kerbing-
Tyres would be contis- but obviously being changed a few times who knows.
Steering wheel peeling is common as well.

You should be able to order another locking wheel nut from Renault via your chassis number ( if the clownshoe @ Renault knows what they are doing)
Keys are expensive, £140 ish coded if you can find a coder -

I will have to check the mapping- I think TDF but I will have to siv through the reciepts as it had the throttle body conversion, then the CATCAM offer then the Alcon brakes conversion & so on.....
