i would keep the k-tec filter. pretty much the same thing as the itg. i wouldn't run a viper personally.
make sure you clean and re-oil your filter every 6 months to a year
the head lining looks great but it makes the light stand out like a sore thumb. maybe do that too. pillars also look good but i dont like the steering rack top im afraid. the ash tray bit looks pretty good too.
how much did it cost you to do the roof lining?
cheers.
i didn't really know what to expect for a fairly stock 182. the miltek and itg filter must help things a little.
might look into a silenced decat, matched inlets and an rs tuner in the future.
how mant daily drivers do you know that have to wear earplugs to be comfortable. lol.
not very comfortable driving in a coat. not worth sacraficing the luxuries for a few more bhp imo. as said very worthwile on a track car.
i didnt.
had no carpets, roof lining, sound insulation, rear seats, doorcards etc and i hated it. i only lasted 3 months. my car was decatted too tho.
it it worth the extra bhp per tonne, but not worth all of the headaches.
haven't had the joy of driving a 197 cup yet but i have driven a ff 197 f1 and what a fantastic drive! the brakes are great. my 182 needs brakes like that, build quality seems much improved too. i would love to own a 197 cup one day.
to be honest i like the side bullets plain, just red. its a little different. not that keen onthe steering wheel and gear knob inserts. car looks good tho.
i think people are reffering to the ripples in the paint on the door.
