to be honest i would say that foam pannel filters (such as itg) will filter less 'crap' than a standard filter. especially if it is not cleaned and oiled properly at least once a year.

doesn't look as good as the 197. the rear is great but its horrible from the front and i dont even think it will grow on me.

tints dont suit blue cars imo. if you really must, go very light!

i have a b/g 182 and im considering painting the dash strips. i was thinking of painting them black/gold but still unsure. does anyone have pics of b/g dash strips in a ph2? cheers

was removed earlier today mate. mentioned it in the first post. removing the strip was a tester to see how hard it would be to remove the tints.

oh and the rear of the car is like this at the moment... not de-badged. do you still think it pulls off the tints? i might even de-badge (again) soon and paint the rear diamond. thoughts?

well... after being 1mm away from the tints 3 hours ago being 90% sure on removing them. im now 50/50 as people seem to love them. lol. i just dont want to take them off and regret it. might leave them on for a little while till im 100% sure. oh and the ultraleggera's are staying. awesome set...

yeah, i was told by the chap that tinted them that all tints on the front windows were illegal (because the standard glass is already very slightly tinted). but when i was pulled for them the policeman tested them and said they were within the leagal limit :S i was shocked!

yes replace both rears together. i think 172's and 182's are the same but cup shocks are different. i could be wrong on that tho. im sure someone will know.

mine is the same. i have tried glass polish but it hasn't shifted it, going to give it another go at the weekend. failing that a crack is going to appear.

the front 2 windows are perfect. i wish the back 3 were like it but imo they are too dark.
