Never come across bright green gearbox oil, as above, if its made your gearbox hard to shift it can't be gearbox oil or at the very least totally the wrong grade
Yeah I read that but didn't trust that a fussy 172 chocolate box would still survive it, no dramas if I'd destroys it having said that considering the huge leak.
Rear brake lines, unless you are going absolute standard resto I'd get @BRT Motorsport to make you up some braided lines straight from the rear calipers to the hard lines running to the rear beam. Gets rid of those silly little flexis then.

Just had a look, I think what I like about the Sparco and Sabelt is the flat centres, that might be ultimately what makes my mind up.
