Decided to leave buying a steering wheel and brake lines for a bit as the standard will do the job for now. Going to spend the money on some pads and discs.

I ripped all those out and everything still works, apart from the handbrake light and airbags of course.

Thats the plan, that way if it blows up or just dont do it for me i aint lost too much.

Cool, if i cant get any cheap i wont bother then, pads and discs will be a priority then.

Im looking into pads, is it worth doing the brake lines too ?

I just bought one with tax and mot, lowered, turbines, stainless exhaust, new coil pack and leads, recent clutch and belts, needs a new ball joint and an oil leak needs doing, that's it £500 There was a bargain ph2 on here for £800 ono yesterday which had a misfire, that was a proper bargain.

Is it miss firing ? Could be something simple like a plug.

It has both cup packs so the cup suspension :) I thought of that but i cant do without the car as from monday it will be taking me to and from work. Ive used JP before and i agree they are good.

I have anthracite 182 cup pack ones on atm but they are a bit scratched up so im looking to replace them, whos got what on theirs and has anyone got any suggestions or pics as to what looks good ? Ideally i want a darker colour again but not sure if black pro race 1.2's and the like will go.

I drove my Cup to work everyday and it put a smile on my face, I love the fact it has no ABS and T/C it's like a little go kart and when I test drove it I preferred it over the 172 by a mile. The main thing is though if you get a Cup you'll have to like it or you'll soon get peed off with it.

I looked at that to and thought it's way way to cheap.
