trust me if you get interferance(sp) it's nothing to do with the rca's being close to the power cable.
also if current is induced into the rca it would be equal on both the signal and ground of the rca so it wouldn't actually do anything
where does this interferance come from???
remember it's DC and not AC
every car i've had and fitted audio equipment into i've run them on the same side (i've even got my remote as part of my rca's lol)
nope i worked out how to do it in the end but GRUB wouldn't load either ubuntu or winblows.
i'd either get GRUB hard disk error or cannot find operating system:dapprove:
well they are sata drives (apart from the windows one which seems to still come up as one).
yeah i've tried putting it in a few different ways but it still comes up with the same error
right i've wanted to try linux again (had a dabble with mandrake before) so i decided to have a go with ubuntu.
now i downloaded it, burnt cd, booted and started the install.
now it gets to about 96% installed and it fails at the bootloader install.
i want to try and get it to dual boot (xp &...
with the engine running it shouldn't get anywhere near 12v
i get my system voltage to drop to 12.2v when i've got my subs up full tilt and that with the engine NOT running
i think most amps will cut out between 10-11v which is really killing your battery
yeah my amp pulls about 120A if i'm being silly and playing pure sine waves.
but can i ask what a current transducer is? (another geek needs to know lol)
