Yeah ive been meaning to get some for a while now but I'll deffo make sure I get some next time I'm out :)
Yeah;
Colour coding the side strips, possible the front&rear bumpers As well
lowering on collies - insurance depending though, think they might really string me for them
alloys...
I took the opportunity of the nice weather to have a good clean of the car and take some pictures on my new phone.
Im starting my new job in a few months time with an increased salary so I will be hoping to start my project with my Clio so any ideas, tips comments etc will be much...
Decent set of alloys are top of the list, I'm still debating what to go for. I'm only 17 so not sure how suspension changes will effect my insurance ..whats the main difference between coilies & springs?
I like these alloys and wondered if anyone knew what they were? This is the only picture I have, and I can't find the original place this picture was posted
Yeah, I should think it probably is about right and I'm just being tight ! ;) haha. For some reason though I had it in my head it was only £125 a year, lol!
Just got my car tax renewal letter through and it's £170 for 12 months!
I only have a small ish 1.4 engine, that isn't that old - 2005 ....isn't that a bit pricey? I'm sure when I looked at car tax prices before buying this Clio it was never that much for 12months! ....
It does start to come out when you press those clips however it's a bit hard to push the third one while holding the other two...might have to get someone to do the third one then maybe it will pop out
Basically, my drivers side one is broken and my passenger one is fine so until I get round to buying a new one I just want to swap them around. The f**kers are a pain to get out....or is it just me?
Dan
Sorry for starting a old thread again. I've definitely come to the conclusion it must be something to do with a sensor in the drivers door. I have now noticed that after my car locks automatically and i have been for a drive if I open my drivers door the car doesn't unlock again automatically...
