i have had this before. check that the rubber caps are on properly. and all bulb holders fitted correctly (no gaps for air) mine cleared after a few days iirc

i would say that performance rear brakes are not needed on clio's. however... i did crack my rear discs (as many people have). the discs were on 7mm thickness. 4 years old. 45000 miles of wear.
