No idea, Am going to change the brake fluid when I get round to servicing it in a few weeks.
Just a bit wierd, normal driving the brakes are totally fine :)
I noticed ages ago when I had to do an emergency stop when some old biddy pulled out in front of me, that they didnt stop me as quick as Id of liked and the abs didnt kick in, yet I stamped on the brake pedal hard.
ABS works fine under about 30mph - but not over :S

Ok, so the car hadnt been driven since Wed Eve as I was ill for 2 days. Got in the car yesterday to go out, reversed off the drive and got the usual bit of rusty brake grind. Drove to the end of the cul-de-sac to turn around, put my foot on the brake to stop and OH SH!T no brakes at all! Dads...
I've had a new n/s/f wing, gengine Renault one and it fits like a pig there's nothing I can do about it though as I've had 2 and they're both the same. What's the gap between wing and door like!?

I have a pair of 2.0l badges, were painted yellow but i started picking it off to paint them a diff colour but gave up! PM me an offer if you want them.
Yeah, no mods means nothing that deviates from original factory equipment.
Your best of trying the usual companies i.e Elephant, Bell or Quinn. then try the Mod friendly companies i.e Adrian Flux, Greenlight, Chris Knott or Brentacre.
Do you have any service history with the car, if you do this should tell you if the fuel filter has been done.
Fill the tank back up and reset the MPG trip drive normally as i said for a couple of tanks and see how it goes.
Although if you fill it up and do short journeys it will be quite low...

The door issue should be easily solved with a new door check strap - give your local renault dealer parts dept a ring.
MPG as said above this cold weather makes them a tad jucier, give it a couple of tanks of normal driving and see how much your getting to a full tank. Id expect...
Id buy a couple of the big ones that are on the Bay. 600g I think. put them on the dash when you leave the car at night, or put them on the floor or wherever.
