A little extra protection to stop the pulley slipping, although it never should if done properly.
The pulley has a keyway already machined but no woodruff key, so you could just have a piece made but it's easy enough to fit the pulley with an integral key.
Wouldn't even get the parts for £300 😅
Get a Megane keyed crank pulley fitted while you're there and if you're looking to keep it long term maybe a timing belt protector from APMotorsport (will need modifying to fit the lower timing cover)
