Evening,
I thought I’d ordered these but apparently I didn’t.
I’m after the bolt sizes for the inner and outer arb bush brackets…. (I believe the inners are recommended to be slightly longer?)
I also need the bolt sizes for the rear subframe supports. Have noted them (badly) in the pic below...
Box and diff and new casing is now with @NorthloopCup
I’m beginning to assemble the front end. Hopefully pace will increase from here ☺️
Arms are challenging to fit with the washers. Will attempt to clamp the bushes down today and see if I have any luck.
Going to get a second opinion on the...
Yeah, one of them is like that. The other one I can’t turn unless I put a stud in the flange for leverage.
We took them out and put them back in. Bearings go in really nicely. Once the flanges are in, they are hard to turn
I do have a question for you knowledgeable folk.
Bearings have been pressed in with the new flanges from FrogJam. They’re very difficult to turn by hand… is this normal ? (The flanges in the bearing)
On the fence about whether to go for a handheld or plumb in a lifeline etc. I am looking for a tidy solution though.
Show me what you’ve got, I think a handheld by the passenger seat would be preferential for the time being. I did message pure track a number of times but they’ve not come back to me
We are way beyond that mate. I've definitely done over 10k on it not including the purchase of the car. It was over 10 bags last time I added it up, and that was a while ago....
That includes various labour etc mind
I've heard and seen too many stories of oem and pattern oem parts shitting themselves and taking the boxes with them.
@NorthloopCup is probs the man to talk to
