Wheres the best place to buy a 182 alternator?.

Am I right in thinking the alternator is shot?. I put the multimeter on the battery when its running with nothing else switched on and it was kicking out 12ish volts and I know their supposed to kick out 14ish. Could be the battery I suppose. Any way to eliminate one or the other?.

Anyone give me any pointers? I've got the engine as low as it will go and I've undone the pulley but I just can't seem to get it the pulley out between the engine and wing. I've also taken the alternator and pas pump off.

I think I've finally found the cause of my rattle/grindy noise. Wipped the Aux belt off after work today, to check over all the pulleys as I was sure the noise was coming from that area. My PAS pump sounds shot, I presume they shouldn't sound like this and there's slight in and out movement...
