All the same insurance group wise apart from the Trophy which is one higher. Some companies will flat refuse to insure the 172 Cup because of the lack of ABS.

Lol depends how small a "small bump" is. Xenon's about £250, spax kit chuck it in the bin, Cup splitter £80, Cup spoiler £100
