You don't, I was a fat 38" and fitted, although I've now slimmed down to a 36" and there is a bit of room now.
I'm about 5ft 11" was 16 stone and fitted fine.
Assuming it's the same as our one, 3 years paint and 12 anti corrosion.
I've not worked for Renault for 5 years so could have changed for current models.
If you still have the warranty and service book for your car it will tell you in there.
BREAKING Silver 182 - Ktec mounts, Cage, Sabelt, Wets & Slicks, 2118's, etc,...
If the bonnet is clean and Titanium in colour, I'm interested, also local as well so can collect. Price?
Need to get mine back down to you soon mate, think I've done the 1500 miles running in now (hard to say as speedo is shafted lol) for map check, plus don't recall if Mike retimed the engine? want an entire front end refresh done, so that's something for you to look forward too ;)
Cracking...
Don't really want to say the price, suffice to say it was more than most would value their clio at, but it went well with the new gearbox I had fitted a year or two back.
Car has always run with RS2 even on the old engine and been mapped appropriately, still running this one in before it's...
The cam cover appears to be a 197, the strainer plate is 182 there are some machine marks on the head that apparently are only on 197. TBH the only thing I noted was the cam cover and strainer, James filled me in on the other bits.
Yes still available, for a price.
It's quite interesting, the new engine is a miss mash of 172 - 182 and 197.
Remember the engine is essentially the same between all but the newest turbo RS :)
True... I took Chip-mk1 advice and went for a standard lump rather than rebuild I purchased a new engine.
The car is 80% a fun road car and TBH looking further at forging the engine the costs Vs benefit really didn't add up.
Had I been looking at the boosted route then I may have gone...

Not sure I'm convinced by the styling, looks like the b*****d offspring of a Lexus LFA (would make sense being a Toyota) and a GT-R.
Being a concept it's never likely to see production I would imagine, although rumours are this could be branded as a Supra and on...
Didn't ask him how much it was, just asked what engine it had in it and was told Jag V12.
Just looks like an old racer tbh, don't think its offensive to look at (rather be driving it than my clio put it that way)
It WILL need mapping after fitment of the RS2 irrespective of being mapped before fitment (if it had).
I would keep off full throttle until you've had it looked at as mine ran very lean at top end before mapping.
Apparently it's a V12 Jag unit powering it, sounded lovely when it started up, just like a road legal race car.

Mud guards are awesome, cut down tyres to keep the look.
EMP St Albans.
Not the cheapest, but very good quality, very nicely made systems.
Mates got one on his 225 had a bracket snap and was fixed with no questions asked under their life time warranty.
