also being a mini and general car pro, id also say this haha, my mk1 valver did the same and it needed it doing, not a cheap job by the looks of it.
your not the first person to suggest this lol, i couldn't live with it like that, contrary to my absolutely s**t photography skills, its actually a...
my mate picked the car up today to respray the bumper the right colour, whilst its in ive asked him to colour code part of the upper and lower bumper grill, and the headlight rings, although i did put a crack in one of the rings whilst removing it as it was glued on, so may have to purchase a...

Fair enough, I’ve always wanted a scoob, but never felt I could afford to buy the one I wanted and run it, not sure I’d want one now quite the same, unless it was pretty highly powered to keep the Corsa’s etc at bay lol.
plus cambelt no doubt, and as said other unknown issues, i sold a very tidy one for 2k, with some tasteful mods on, brakes/coilovers/ very good service history etc, mind you that was a good 3/4 years ago, prices have gone up a bit since then, hang on for the right car, dont just buy any old...
Adverts gone now, I’d rather buy a nice one to start with personally, didn’t look at the mot failure list as I was to horrified by the condition of the wheels and the arch gap, but I reckon you’ll easily be spending good 172 cup money on getting it right, not to mention the things you don’t know...

All sorted...
all the pics below are of a standard cooper s bumper with brake ducts fitted instead of the fogs, apart from the last pic, which is a jcw bumper with brake ducts fitted, tough decision, i like both looks tbh, might get a cooper s bumper, and try both looks out.
all the pics apart from the 2nd...
Tbh I’m loosing faith in it and looking at alternatives, how much do you spend on trying to sort out an old bumper? So far it will stands me at £150, not give anything yet, but once it’s been repainted, that’s what I will owe.
Fortunately there’s a few options I have, standard cooper s bumper...
so the bumpers not quite gone to plan, got it repaired and resprayed, the colours well off the rest of the car, and the repair has a tiny crack forming from when we fit it, to much presure on the fixing mount, its been repaired with fibreglass as it could not be plastic welded, so its getting...
