    In that case you're mate will still have to prove that. It's pretty difficult to argue rear ending someone unless you've got good proof i.e. dash cam or witness.

    All Abarth's do this. I was told it was something to do with aiding down changes for people who take an eternity and cause the revs to drop. Not sure if I believe it though.
