The actual core is only 6" wider than the existing one. The way the pipes were located on the is set up, I'm pretty sure I was losing pressure before.

Picked up my new intercooler today and also went to AST for some silicon reducers and vac pipe.
Should be back on it tonight so stand by for more needy updates!

Took the shelf and boom box out tonight blud;
Fitted the new clean plates;
New clutch;
Decided to go for a Vts box;
Engine ready for the box;
Box attached to the engine;
Also started to add a few bits and pieces to the bay. Really happy with...

Little update today. Went to get the new gaskets for the turbo and the ickle turbos back on;
Lacquered the bay so that's all done as well;
Went down to help out on the Saxo tonight. First of all the manifold, turbo etc were all stripped from the engine leaving just the inlet on. The car'd had some nasty oil leaks so we brake cleanered it to death but will probably paint the block before it goes back in the car.
Pre clean up...
Well, I've gone past the point of no return and sold my carpet and steering wheel for the Rallye.
I guess it will be staying as a stripped out slag for a while!
Today's to do list;
Remove engine
Replace timing belt
Reseal cam ladders
Reseal cam covers
Reseal sump
Replace some turbo oil seals
Degrease everything
Replace water lines
Sort top rad hose
Reseal water outlets
Check bottom crank seal
Spark plugs
Fresh oil
Paint up engine bay
Refit...
Had a tinker tonight with mark from French sport tuning.
Engine will probably be coming out to be re sealed tomorrow and we'll see where we go from there!
