    Boot pins fitted

Oh sweet Jesus Mark , I bet you were cursing that scoop . Was it a case of you didn't think it would leak , and when it rained it poured in. Those grommets are a decent edition to the scoop and keeping it sealed in winter a very good shout .

    Help Spec an O-Ring

Measure the shaft diameter with a set of vernier callipers and take 2mm off what you got - boom there you have it . Besides o rings stretch anyway . So get a smaller one . It's only to stop water getting in - don't work for s**t anyway . Lube it up with copper grease when fitting it back

    Crank pulley wobble

You will need the timing all set up if you are having the pulley changed. It's not a quick bolt on bolt off job. Once the bolt for the crank is loosened that's it the "timing is out" .

    Damaged centre/front heat shield

Yes Ph1 , the small piece under the shifter had to go because the extended lower rod was fouling against it . As you see the pics is how it is , left like that . I cut the heat shield with tin snips . I've had no issues so far .

    Hubcentric spacer advice

I run 20m spacers on track , I won't use the bolt to hub type as these can work loose out on track through certain conditions . I prefer the spacers that go over the studs . Only 4 nuts to keep an eye on . [emoji106] Not had any issues with the spacers and had them a few years now.

    Radiator help

The 3 pin purple pin would have gone to the air con pressure switch , the 2 pin white connector plugs in to the rad fan motor . There is another 2 pin black connector near the purple one that would be for the resistor to run cooling fan at half speed - that's only for functioning air con system...
