    UCH (BCM) how to remove and check

    Why don't you just power up the wiper motor from 12v not from the UCH . What pin in the motor looses its fuse power. ? Have you disconnected the wiper motor connector and then does it still blow the fuse ?

    The only way you will even out the castor settings is to use AST top mounts from memory . Unless you do the ballpoint move it forward modification which was done by Simon "chip" a while back .

    That's how they are , one wire . They are self ignited within the unit (alternator) The single wire goes to the bulb.

    AC Pressure Switch?

    A/c pressure switch is located next to the left headlamp squeezed between the Rad. The small A/c pipe runs across the condenser and down to the drier . It's on that pipe .

    That grey switch in the pic is not the A/c pressure switch , but the Power assisted steering pressure switch .

    So yesterday I finished fitting the RS2 and my new OE radiator and am pleased to say it fired up and ran ok. Soon to be mapped and tweaked before Bedford on the 27th Feb . [emoji106]

    Talking of the wiring for the charcoal canister . I unwrapped the loom and tucked it all back into the loom further up by the injectors and then re-taped it all up . No flapping connector to worry about now .

    Speed sensor connector plug

    Go to a scrap yard fella and cut the plug off that you need . That's the easiest and cheapest way .
