Take the handbrake cable off the caliper arm and get some pliers or grips or something and move the arm - keep an eye on the piston and see if that moves. the arm should move back to its original position by itself and the piston should retract too. You will need a new caliper if this doesnt...

Rear Axle beam has slight vertical movement between stub axle and axle beam (2.5.A.1a) I think even with the 1.2 there are 4 bolts that hold the stub axle to the rear beam. You could get behind and see if there is any play in these. They may need tightening up or replacing.

You have to leave it now. The top section of the windscreen seal can only be put on when the windscreen is fitted. I stupidly tried to replace my seals and the side ones are fine but the top one is impossible to get on without changing the screen.

That is the wrong window seal. That one is for models with a sunroof

Absolute cowboys. Undo the Torx T20 screw at the back of the plastic rail cover on each side of the seat. Undo the 13mm nuts that hold the slide rails to seat base. There are three on the tunnel side and two on the door side.
