after downloading some music, some of it will play on the media player, but some are rar files and will not play, what do i need to do, so i can play them?

tried in there but no options to do it, how come you switch it off?

how do i make my computer turn its self off when i put it into hibernate? it used to do until a mate of mine pissed around with it, now i have to do it manually, any help much appreciated, but please bear in mind i'm not very clued up with pc's ta

my computer seems to be very slow at the minute and is crashing now and again, i have no anti virus system on it, so before i go out and buy one, is there any you can download for free off the net which are any good? and will it rid my computer of any nastys? cheers
