Belt tensioner.. not a belt. If the belt is loose, it will squeak when under load from the power-steering because it's not as tight as it should be.

Budget ? Requirements ? Experience ? From someone that has about £5k worth of cameras and lenses sat in the cupboard (haven't bought anything for 5+ years), think about it properly before investing - I use my phone for at least 99% of my photography... Phone + Snapspeed (photoshop type app)...

Could be a blocked/collapsed cat. Could be a number of things.. get the codes read. Where are you based ?

Give the calipers a service... maybe they're not as free as they should be. Never replaced discs due to rust.. it's a bare surface of metal every time you brake (in theory)... they get surface rust after a rain shower. Old Scoob sat for 3+ months.. clutch had rusted itself engaged... brakes...
