Ok guys i have managed to get under the car this morning and checked the stub axles and all seems ok, i have had a look about and cant see anything obvious.
The car is going to be up on axle stands for the next hour if anyone has any ideas????

I will have a go at what you suggested on the weekend, if it turns out to be the UCH what would be the best option? Get it repaired, replace with a new unit or second hand ECU, UCH keys ect?

Yeah there is movement as you would expect and drives spot on.
