Just changed mine at 5.5k... Just before the Brands track day.. didnt want to be hammering it with the thought of any sh*te in the engine. Made sure the engine was nice and warm first and left it to drain for about an hr.. Certainly seems to run smoother now!

Good luck mate.... and to even things up a bit, the bodyshop at my dealer,(Mill Lane, Aldershot) were great on a bit of warrantee work that needed to be done on my 172... i couldnt fault it.. and i tried damn hard to!! hehe..

I bought some Meguirars from their stand at Trax last year. Spoke to one of their very helpful reps for a while, and concluded that as the car was new and garaged, and that i wasnt entering it for concours... just wanted a quality, long lasting durable finish. I should go for the "DEEP CRYSTAL"...
