Dat gloss doe! Brilliant transformation :)
It's a massive shame that people pay so much for new cars, and they collect them in states like that.
They should be collecting them in the condition you got it to.
V6dans post reminded me of this

It suits liquid yellow so well.
I keep meaning to use it again but keep forgetting.
I'll have to make a point to use it this summer.
Bump.
Who's fucked with the heritage (ignore the typo in the title :o) tab?
The whole renaultsport site is ruined lol.
What use is it now if I can't look at the good cars it used to produce?
Not really, I removed too much from where the bolts fasten so had to build it back up with fibreglass, but with a bit of time it's easy enough.
If you can organise a courier, you can have my old one... You'd need to tart it up like but the offers there
As above.
But, as I can't find the guide to fitting a 1*2 bumper to one of these, here's my old project thread

I still have the bumper but it needs a lot of work lol
The other day I was held up by a Hyundai with a 1*2 'sport' badge on the back... It must've been in limp mode because it wasn't sporty at all.
I voted 197 style badge as a ford badge would look stupid.
I did this and can fit an iPod or bluetooth module to my car

Stalk controls and calls don't work, but it's fine for playing music
Mid and South Wales is a fair drive from here still. Isn't North to South four hours drive?
And I didn't know about the castle Combe day. Yeah people may be going there
If you polish...or rub anything into the car for that matter.. Without decontaminating first, you're essentially rubbing and dragging all the contaminants across your paint.
I'd 110% recommend tar and iron removers before investing in anything else :)
They're both all in ones (mild abrasive, cleansers and add a tiny bit of protection)
I think you'd be better off adding new products to your arsenal rather than switching to a similar product.
Do you use iron and tar removers?
I quite want to do petrol blue now.
I'd be happy to, but I'd feel bad doing another liquid yellow before my own lol. I've only had time to give the bonnet a mild correction lol!
