fair enough, brand new FK 40mm springs here for £63
http://www.carparts-tuning.co.uk/Suspension-Tuning/Lowering-springs/Lowering-springs-High-Tec-fit-for-Renault-Clio-C.html
Personally i'd run new shocks, but its up to you. im not sure if that extra 5mm will make a difference.
Just looking on FK but they only seem to have front shocks for your clio, no dampers...
I would have thought it would need one behind the wheel aswell, as it would be looking for an airbag there, not finding it, and flashing the light up
Basically a resistor everywhere there used to be an airbag
Fair play, how low do you wanna go?
Mines on 60mm lowering springs & 195/50/15's (on my lensos). My winter wheels are running 195/50/15's and ive had no problems, you wont hit the arches :)
So after abit of thinking, ive decided what im going to do
Ill be keeping the car pretty much how it is through next year, then once the summer is over ill be putting her back to standard. so fingers crossed early 2015 ill be in a 197...
Works looking excellent next year so ill be saving pretty...
im not sure you could physically get front spring in the holder on the back :p would be a strange sight though haha
I reckon OP has got standard size spring on the front
Did it minimise/hide swirls? Might look into getting someone to give my car a seeing to with a rotory in the new year.
Any offers anyone? :rasp:
Will pay handsomely haha!
