Are you running spacers? Mine was knocking alot recently and it turned out to be a loose spacer. Just a shout

Rake is the angle that the car sits at. so positive rake would mean the nose of the car will sit lower than the rear, negative rake means the rear of the car sits lower than the front

Says in my haynes anything from 10w30-50, so id say 10w40 pal

Took mine out and sealed it with silicone and it only leaks on the passenger side of the car now :P Ive either fucked up sealing it, or its the actual rubber seal the glass sits on thats fucked
