For a £1000 is really isn't that bad, a great winter skidder! Skid it in the snow, smash it up then take the engine out plus a few other things and sell them. Scrap the shell and you've made most of your money back plus having a right laugh without having to worry about breaking anything!
So a little bit of an update.
Having done around 500 miles in the car now and with it being 16 years old, the car still feels light years ahead of the previous cars i've owned/currently got (Clio/Audi A3/Mk4 Golf). Everything feels nice and tight even down to little things like switches feel...
Lol typical! Having looked around for a couple of months I never saw another one in the colour, so I'm guessing there's only 2 or so saloons in this colour then!
Thats the one I own matey, most of the pictures on google of the Byzanz M3 saloon are actually the car I have.

Dave - No 318 badges here i'm afraid. :(
When I looked at the history of this car it was the reason I went with it, having had so much stuff replaced through wear and tear and had numerous owners who actually cared about the car before me has saved a lot of potential problems. Not to say that...
Morarot is what you mean, yeah a much darker colour, burgandy almost. This is completely different.
Indeed at the moment it does just look like a normal 3 series with sport bumpers. I will be putting it back to completely standard Rob and then slowly restoring it to like it was when it was...
Cheers all!
Fred - Hamster used a green saloon in Germany if I remember rightly?
I might had spelt it wrong but recolonizing the leathers gets rid of all the wear/cracks etc and makes them look near enough new.
Ali - Yeah the saloons are reasonably rare in the UK, there was only 700 brought...
It's a copper/bronzey colour, looks dark when not in the light but when the light shines upon it it goes bright bronze.
Indeed does look like a bit of replica with what my friend did to it by debugging it etc, more of a sleeper like Sam said. But trust me its a real one, and will look like...
So after waiting for over a month and half for the car to ready to be sold I picked it up on Satruday. Having always wanted an M3 saloon of some sort when my mate said he was thinking of selling this one I had to have it. Its in an individual colour, a pretty rare one at that being Byzanz...
Okay well what do you recommend as a complete setup? My budget is going to be tops £500 but want everything down to little things like a few spare applic. pads etc.
If you want you can pm me, it would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Nick
Cheers for the heads up Jay, would you use that shampoo also with a snow foam or is there a specific type of shampoo?
Sorry to sound like a complete schoolboy when it comes cleaning. I haven't cleaned a car properly in years so need a helping hand! Ha

So having just got my Byzanz Orange (copper coloured) E36 M3 in the last couple of days i'm looking to refresh my detailing kit as its a couple of years old and probably past it. Pretty much i'm asking you guys whats best for an average clean down to the small things like...
Sponges/wash mitts...
After owning my M3 for only 2days I can officially laugh at people thinking the 200 is uneconomical, unless you downgrade to something older/less spec'd the Clio 200 is perfect for what it is. IMO of course.
