Jesus. @Daniel is your ginger man
If you don't have access to a wet vac I'd try and remove the headlining then hit it with some apc and a softish nail brush.
I love how daft these are.
Really want one for the gf.
Also, if you want to tidy up that wire, you can fit one of these for bluetooth music streaming... Unless you use if for keeping your phone charged too...
Pricks.
I'd pull the bumper off and see if you can remake the mounting point.
All you need is some fibre glass.
And hopefully the bumper can be polished to reduce the mark.
Love it. I wish we got one of these rather than the civic.
Also, there are aux in/ iPod cables for these. I'm going to get one for the civic as I cba with the CDs.
The only thing stopping me is I really cba to remove the dash.
Lol at flashing when the wife comes home.
I was looking into similar, the starter home automation kits from maplin. Sadly I think they'll be for the next house though.
A last resort would be drilling, tapping and rust proofing to put some eyelets in the back.
But I think that's extreme.
Why can't you fit the isofix bar?
Put it in rice, in an airing cupboard/over a radiator. And leave it for a week or two to completely dry before considering switching it on.
That's all I'd try. Fingers crossed.
Bloke and Chi are in Wallasey, there are a few further down this end that I know of.
But they are a fairly rare car, I'm guessing running costs have something to do with it.
How is that a shock? The brakes barely fit behind the 17" wheels lol
Sell them, wheels and all for lots of money, then go and buy more r888s in the right size.
And maybe a spare set of wheels.
As Jesus said, for £1 per month, you get full access to the forum including the marketplace.
When I paid my membership the first time, I got my money back straight away with the coilovers and 172 rear bumper.
I love this car.
And I love how it's travelled around, it was brilliant to see when chi brought it round mine. The noise and heat from the thing was immense.
