Its beginning to do my tits in now, I replaced my top mounts with some KTR solid top mounts I bought from a chap on here thinking it would cure the knock, but it didnt...
So what should I replace next?

On the Laguna iirc once they are on thats it, cant be removed unless cut off, I assume the clio is the same? The "leather" on mine has come off and it looks fugly :(

as above really, i have 2 head units, got the codes from clio spares and non of the will aceept them, have a headunit plugged it atm, and on the display its just says 'CODE' doesnt change so i can put the code in, and it just beeps when i touch a button...

I have an engine here, stripped it all down, heads fucked, cam scored etc.. Now looking at the block, i cant see anything saying that its an F4R only thing i can find is F4..
Now im either blind or stupid but i cant see any other markings telling me its an F4R block, iv searched google and...
So, started stripping down the newcar, got the bumper off and headlights out, turns out its had a small bump at some point in its life...
Its nothing major but not what i wanted.. Now im unsure what to do, see if i can get the damage repaired and sort the engine and sell, obviosuly making...
Just got back from newcastle about 30mins ago having picked up another 172
She needs a fair amount of work, front bumper needs resprayed, alloys need a clean up and few other bits and pieces and also the big job of replacing the valves, cambelt, and whatever else is broken in the engine...

I bought some washer blanks off Jonff off here and didnt really want to spray them so i borrowed some Dinoc off Nashy to wrap them, came out quite well, not bad for my 2nd attempt :rasp: Also did my bullets as they were looking a little worse for wear..

According to him its turning over fine but not fireing, fuel pump is priming etc.

As title, car wont start cranks a couple of times then dies off. Plugged my scanner into it tells me there is a fault with the decoder ring... This will be a reno job? As the keys will need to be coded to the new ring etc?

Iv noticed over the past couple if days, when i change down from 4th to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd (i blip the accelerator for a smooth change, just a habit), i occasionally get quite a loud pop, as awesome as it sounds it cant be doing the cat much good.. Would blipping the accelerator be causing this...
We just got our renewal through today, and they have fucked us over in a few ways, they have limited me to 1600cc which we have got lifted but at a cost of £500 :dapprove:
Also they wont allow me to put the 172 on the insurance under my name for SDP until im 21 pay or an extra £1000.. Now...
