Yeah give the email a try it's worked for me before.
There are certain phrases which if you put in a listing it will pop up with a message saying it will be deleted if you leave it in. Such as no paypal, buyer must pay paypal fees, reserve right to remove as advertised elsewhere etc.
Indeed, cheaper than most of the specialists on here. Don't think I'd trust renault with it though - some renault dealers don't even know a 2 litre clio exists LOL
Some decent prices on there tbh. Wonder if in the T&Cs anywhere it says renaultsport models excluded. Cos spark plugs for the rest of the range are like £2 and the NGK platinums are around £10..
This is a popular mod on a not clio forum I'm on. Not sure if you can get to the gear in the clio like you can in other cars though? If you can then it is simple enough
As said though as it's started I wouldnt have thought it will be *that* bad. Get it checked out by one of the specialists on here. Get it recovered to there though!
It must have changed recently then cos everytime I've tried it before the quotes have never been much good, even went as far as putting 3 drivers and 5 cars on there but still didn't see any real 'discount'
Put a wanted thread up for a new front bumper and have a look in the for sale section, some quite cheap in there. Then if it's not black go driving round (carefully this time :P) to local car painters and ask them how much to spray it for cash.
Spot on tbh, Both me and my dad have bought cars off ebay without looking at them first - if it's cheap it's worth the risk. simple as. If it's not cheap then you may aswell go and look at it. If it's not as described - just leave.
Re: i Sold my rwd escort cosworth 400bhp to get a clio 172 ?? did i do the right thin
I woulda kept the escort tbh. But will be interesting to see what you do with the clio. where abouts in nottm are you?>
Wow I thought I was alone in my dislike of toyo t1rs until now!
As said above they do wear out quite quickly which sort of offsets them being cheap as you need to replace them more often.
Re: 21.7 MPH Something wrong?
Get it a proper service mate, all the fluids, filters, get your timing checked. dephaser is the inlet cam pulley, they rattle when they're fooked
I miss the armrest from my usual car when driving the clio. That looks like it will make it impossible to use the handbrake (no big deal) and it's black so might look odd?
Re: 21.7 MPH Something wrong?
I would be touching cloth every time I drove it if it was on 70k on the original belt!
Is it heating up to a proper temperature? needle at or just below half? If not you need to swap your thermostat. And as others have said investigate your lambda
Ya cant polish a turd! lol
Well it runs on LPG and the LPG mot emissions test is different so most cars pass without a cat.
It's paining me that it's the same to insure as quite a lot of (much faster) cars i'd rather drive! lol
I think they're one of the most overrated tyres ever tbh. They seem to have a following on a few car forums I go on and I cant see why. The tyre walls are so soft. I think people that rave about these must have come from nankangs and not tried michelins/contis etc..
I've had this before, A little spring thing falls out of the barrel and jams itself somewhere so you can't work the barrel. Easy enough to replace though but if you just replace the barrel and not the whole lock set you'll have to have two keys
I don't envy you in these temperatures lol! As you could probably tell I don't bother cleaning my bus it's the dirt that's holding it together haha
Yeah it's mine, I got it for free a few years ago and put a 172 engine in it, 172 4-1 manifold, decat and stainless cat back with centre silencer -...
