it's not that cheap if the belts & dampers are not done as that's an easy £1k. Give him a ring and see what he knows about the service history. You could easily spend 1.5k getting it immaculate, things like wheel refurb, steering wheel refurb & dents etc soon add up!.

After ordering a ktec stealth for my £700 clio, i decided to remove the exhaust that was currently fitted. I honestly thought it was just an old standard system but after been removed i noticed a few shiny patches so gave it a quick polish and it seems it might actually be a bloody ktec...

There is a garage near my house called sj motortech. He has all the right tools and his right hand man is an ex Renault mechanic. I know Fred is local but this guy is fantastic and does all our cars.

Ktec stealth, Oz f1's short aerial all purchased. Booked in to have the belts done. Not so cheap any more but at least I know it's all be done correctly :)

DXF is fine but i don't have cad on my home pc, If you can send a file that is compatible for adobe reader that would be great :)

I actually make blanking plates but have yet to do one for a clio, If someone sent me a template i can easily laser cut it.

Did you blank the EGR off with a metal plate?

Just had the same with mine, Needed new coilpack, leads & an 02 sensor. Might be something like a lambda sensor etc

A set on eBay went last week for around £300, that was with no tyres so these should be more than that really.

Fixed! Coil pack replaced, mechanic also found that one of the leads was trapped between the head which is why it wasn't firing properly. 02 sensor had thrown a fit. ( sorry about my basic mechanical knowledge) Not sure how much it will cost yet but he never rips me off. Hoping for around £200 :)

I have a ktec stealth exhaust from a 1.2 clio, first off will it fit? (my clio is currently at the garage being repaired so can't try) If it does, does anyone know if the exhaust will restrict the engine at all? Cheers
