Yea i get what you mean iv drove afew standard wrx's and they do feel rarther lacking, mine had the prodrive pack on so it brings it up around standard STI power. On the whole i preffer NA engines (hence my long list of past honda's :yum:) the clio, for me, is the best of both worlds as it feels...

seen a silver well prepped 1*2 by 5ways island near cannock today. Whoever it was gave me a thumbs up but was to busy looking at the car and wasnt quick enough to give a thumbs up back 😅 anyone got any ideas who it may be? Chris.

Trackdays shall be booked as soon as iv give it a service for peace of mind. Looking to do one the end of june at the Bedford GT eith my mate in his mx5. Quite like bedford, lots of run off for my noobish antics 😂

182 With both Cup packs (im told) Scorpion exhaust, guessing cat back with resonated centre as its very subtle. And eibach -30mm springs. Feels very planted and stable. 97k on the clock, had 2 belt and dephaser changes in its life, one of which was 2k ago.

Afternoon guys, Hoping i dont sound like a total tool, but looking at selling my current car and getting a clio 1*2 (after years of wanting one) iv heard alot about lift off oversteer and other characteristics of the clio so just looking for some driving advice. Only experienced lift off...

How do the higher milers handle trackdays and such? Anything that seems to get finnicky as they get older?

Ok so now we have established my friend is full of s**t (already knew but atleast its confimed) what sort of mileage is classed as high with a clio? As in if you was looking tobuy one for my purposeswould u avoid a 100k+ one?

Im in a very similar boat to you buddy (me and my mrs brought a house so i sold my track car and all associated bits) now looking to get a 172 cup in the near future. All my friends are ford people and very narrow minded lol so joined here to make new friends...so hi:smile::up:
