I would of thought you shouldn't have to waterproof the ECU yourself, was this not thought of in the design stage? My Standard ECU is in the engine bay and I would like to think after 3 months of not driving I wouldnt have to replace the ECU?

Thought Omex had fixed the ignition drivers.....hmm Glad its sorted though

^^ What Tom said Thats fucked, and if its not your problem I'll eat my own s**t, my Brothers flu-less fire did the same, the pcb exposed to the elements done by a s**t installer, a quick bend of some alumiminum and replcing the pcb, job done, fire now works a treat

Got mine done last Tuesday, Rocket Centre in Blackburn, top job, did aux belt cam belt and service. Jordy knows his stuff, they are always busy.

It was a garage in Blackburn, but it was done as a cheapy as he is a mate, the book time is about 5 hours or so Get down to RS tuning in Leeds they do a good price and I'm told do a good job too

haha I spent £600 on my cams and got a 14.0, dont think I'd be buying a 172 engine and fitting it for that? 2live spent even less and got the same. Mine went from a 14.8 car standard to 14.0 with Cams and exhaust.
