Got to agree with you there! Wayne knows his s**t!!!
I think this is the same car that was at the WilliamsClio/306 forum joint track day we went on at Anglesey, cant see the vid though, think he was called Rich, the 306 was metallic red, fast as f**k though, seemed to struggle on the corners...
Got the flights booked, leaving the Indy office to sort out the hotel, but I'll be over there this Sunday, land about 5pm, I will be there until Friday afternoon, then back to the UK
If your about we should have a beer or two!
I would of thought you shouldn't have to waterproof the ECU yourself, was this not thought of in the design stage?
My Standard ECU is in the engine bay and I would like to think after 3 months of not driving I wouldnt have to replace the ECU?
^^ What Tom said
Thats fucked, and if its not your problem I'll eat my own s**t, my Brothers flu-less fire did the same, the pcb exposed to the elements done by a s**t installer, a quick bend of some alumiminum and replcing the pcb, job done, fire now works a treat
Excellent will do, its all dependant on when I get my passport renewal through :D
I work for these people http://www.ctigroup.com/ No idea how big a place Indy is though never been, but will be going over for training, but would be good to meet up, I should be there for a week or so
Was on the 172 Cup, he does my Williams too.
I got a good price as we are friends, best ringing them and asking to be honest, im unsure how much they would charge, like edde says though its a 5hr book time.
It was a garage in Blackburn, but it was done as a cheapy as he is a mate, the book time is about 5 hours or so
Get down to RS tuning in Leeds they do a good price and I'm told do a good job too
haha I spent £600 on my cams and got a 14.0, dont think I'd be buying a 172 engine and fitting it for that?
2live spent even less and got the same.
Mine went from a 14.8 car standard to 14.0 with Cams and exhaust.
