Get light smoke all round. I did. I was advised that because the Clio is such a small car and the interior on mine (Mk1 172) is quite dark, dark smoke would look more like blackout. Im very pleased with light smoke.

Ive never understood why (if you choose bigger wheels with the same rolling radius as your standard ones) acceleration would be any different. I can understand handling will be different, but acceleration??? Can someone explain...

They just slide off, but the bodywork is not shaped (ie. flat) under them, and will look crap if they are not there!

Normal tinting doesnt give any extra protection. There is an extra cost involved if you want the smash-proof film. The member prices will be going up on the site tomorrow.

Im well pleased with them. Im waiting on the guy to send me the photos he took afterwards with his digital camera, and Ill post them up. I can highly recommend the company!

Just spoke to the guy at Pentagon. ClioSport members will get a 20% discount. Am going to speak to him again tomorrow because I am going to get my car tinted, so if you want to see how mine turns out, watch this space... I cant see how you can get a decent tint for less than £300, unless...

I have my amp under the passenger seat, been installed for over a year now with no problems.

There is a new deal being finalised with a tinting company for cliosport members. Should have more details within the week. The deal is with Pentagon.

what width wheels have you got with those tyres?

Replace all speakers in the car with speakers of the same size. Buy an amp and sub box, connecting the amp into the speaker out of the stereo. Thatll be top, giving you the chance to upgrade your head unit at a later date and get more power to all the speakers.
