The sometimes swell over time and even though they are loose you can't get the brake line off of the brake pipe, will most likely need a new brake pipe. You will be able to pull them with brute force but fixing the new line to the pipe will have the same issue.

If you have narrowed it down to front right I'd say a wiring fault either internally in the head unit or to the light.
