This. Clio engines have never been the easiest engines to tune on a budget.

Not true. Looking at the interior photos in that thread, 3 seats but 2 seatbelts ...

It's easy. No need to take the dash off at all, can thread the cable through under the glove box. Takes 15 minutes!
