Get one from the scrappy. Quite common for the bolts to cross thread on them as well. I found that hammering one of the lips flatter meant I could get the threads to mesh again.

You'd be better off with two candles, than ph1 lights. Since they have projectors anyway, HIDs aren't such a problem. My money would be on a set of 6K bulbs.
