Mr Sheridan-Wallis performed a great trick on my headlight washers. Remove pipe from one nozzle, attach pipe from second nozzle to first nozzle. No headlight washers, but no leaks!

Got on the M6 in heavy traffic yesterday and was stuck between an E type on my left, and a bright blue XKR-S on my right. Crisis was had.
If I had a customer asking for support on a product that we hadn't supplied, I'd see it as incredibly rude. We get a lot of people asking for help, then going off to the Internet where they can get it 40% cheaper.
