when i spoke to the guy from the company, he did say something like that. i never seen them up close to see how they were made. i noticed there's another thread on this but it's about 2 or 3 years old with no up to date info on where to get them. Yeah Knuckles, i'm getting tired of these plates...

nah there not pressed plates. there pretty much a std perspex but the letters and digits are like 3-D effect raised slightly of the perspex. And yes they are illegal

I need some plates where the reg itself needs to be raised. Seen this on some cars and looks pretty neet. Phoned up a company that deals in plates and they quoted me £55 for the pair. Seems very dear that. Anyone know where to get them from cheaper?
