Chaps - Need a pump sprayer recommendation
Ive always used those cheap, under a tenner, standard pump sprayers. They usually last me a while and then randomly break - exactly whats just happened.
Ive got 2 Ik foam sprayers but I need a generic pump sprayer - ideally 1L+
Anyone got any decent...
A cheap (ish) way of testing an idea would be a USB - C splitter.
The type you get when you want to run a dual screen on a computer/laptop. That could work but knowing DJI, they'll have thought of that and blocked it - especially if theyre charging £900 for an 'upgrade'.
Alternatively, a...
Not 'new phone' related (soz) but cases.
I really like the Quadlock ones but theyre crazy expensive!
I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G Cook Yer Dinner one. Had a good case for ages and been using a wireless charging magnetic mount in the car. Its great as I can almost just 'throw it on' and...
yep, ive used it a couple of times now.
I used it on my brothers Fiesta ST. We did no prep other than a claybar and a panel wipe. Lasted a while but unsure on exactly how long as he sold it.
Was easy(ish) to work with but we did it during the cold so it was a bit more tricky.
I used it on...
Luckily for me, I dont park near tree's so tree sap isnt an issue.
A thread I read ages ago explained there were different types of tree sap (someone more cleverer than me will explain) and that there was also something that looked like sap but was actually little bug poo that dries really...
Its a cover for the injectors essentially.
In the event of a front end crash, it stops the injectors dismounting the block and squirting fuel all over a hot engine.
Lots of people remove them, I did when i had my 182, but with hindsight I should have kept it!
the sheer number of Hyundais I sold off the back of the big Zafira fire recall was staggering.
'Oh youre off to vauxhall next? Havent you heard the news about them catching fire? Its ALL over the news......'
I quite like it tbh.
Its almost a bit more like a Integra than what I would consider a 'Civic'. Then again, the newer gen civics have all turned from hatches into mini saloons which I always found a bit odd.
Yep, it 100% will make shampoo feel better.
Its something I learnt in science - fucked if I can remember it now.
But yes, it does make more suds! Cos, Science.
FLOL he actually replied!
I think anyone who watched the interview with Late Brake Show would realise that 'Schmee' and 'Tim' are two entirely different people. Thats the nature of a 'on screen' character.
Ill be the first to admit, I dont often watch the videos - The Shmee vibe isnt for me...
Sounds like a good idea!
Considering how much Milwankee @dann2707 has packed, im sure he will be able to do a simple task like bleeding brakes.
Hell, hes probably got a million quid mobile bleeder that makes dinner and plays you a tune too!
Yep, as above mate. Definitely needs another bleed. Did a garage do it? Ive done a few DIY brake bleeds and ive never managed to get it as 'tight' as the garage could?
Also, have you tried taking the handbrake off?
(joke)
I totally agree with that!
I was on the fence about this for ages and I still do flick from one side to the other. But Forensic Detailing Jon did a good video on it.
The way he explained it was you're better off using a strong pre wash / shampoo to give tbe paint a properly good clean than to...
Glad it's not just me going mental.
I did create or post on a pretty long and boring thread on detailingworld about it. I got plenty of feedback saying it did strip some lsp and plenty saying it didn't.
From what I can gather, it's specifically designed to 'revive' ceramic coatings which, I'd...
Tbh I was really on the fence about reset.
It always performed amazingly and being able to foam it on through a lance was lush in the winter!
But, I was having issues with it degrading LSP's. That said, this was a while back and I was also using BH AF at a probably far too high dilution...
I had a sample of G Wash from a kit that Gtech did ages ago.
Never really rated it tbh. Loads of people like it but just didn't really do it for me.
Carpro reset is where its at. Still my fav shampoo by a stretch. Just a shame it's so 'strong' for maintenance washes
