I've come across restart issues with faulty batteries before. In fact I've got one in right now and just put a new one in and seems fine now... Try it without it in!

So if you're the registered keeper doesn't it mean you will also be the one that gets any speeding/parking tickets too. It's a messy way to sell a car imo.

I've seen 2 ST's on the road so far. One driven by a 40+ year old munter and the other by a 40+ bloke. Not sure where all this chavwagon stuff comes from. I've seen plenty of E46 M3's being driven by chavs these days though...
