Went out this morning and applied another layer of dressle, i then left to dwell for around 5 hours and wiped the excess off this afternoon.
It has gave the plastics and painted parts in the bay a really glossy finish now. Really impressed with results hopefully do the interior tomorrow.
Bloke/puff at my work uses it on his gold rover 25.
Looks nice clean and shiny, but in the last 18 months since using it his car has rust coming from everywhere (maybe because its a rover)???
Honestly don't worry about it just keep an eye on the gear oil level, it looks worse than it actually is and not much oil is lost.
The filler plug is on the front side of the gearbox underneath the air box (which needs removing for access) the oil should be level with the bottom of the filler...

A month has passed since applying Spirit and since washing the car!! :eek: Nothing fancy just a jetwash warm water and a drop of ubershine shampoo (have a decent selction of AF products coming from Santa)

TAKE TWO
So i set about trying Dressle again today (Thanks AF for the bottle). I used it on both the 182 and DCI , this time round i used a shampoo and water mix to pre clean as i don't have any fancy stuff:rasp:.
I done both engine bays by spraying on and leaving for 1 hour then wiping off...
