the sticking out doesnt overly bother me, its the fact that it keeps eating exhaust hangers when the engine rocks and pushes the exhaust back when the hangers are on their limits anyway
i have the rs192 cat back exhaust as well, the exhaust sits too far back (towards the end of the car) and my tailpipes are poking out 15 / 20mm past the back of the car. plus the middle exhaust hanger being stretch to hell and the rear brackets being on the limit on the adjustment for the sliders.
hello, i have a scopion de cat on my 182 and i think it is too long. well, im certain it is too long actually.
is this a common problem?
has anyone had this before?
it is pushing my exhaust out about 20mm further at the rear than the standard cat does.
what were peoples fixes for...
Mine comes on every 300 miles. I have been clearing the codes off and resetting the ecu everytime. I can't be arsed now though. If it comes on I just leave It on
For the primas with delivery for me it was £80 something. The powerflexes were £12 for a pair delivered

The powerflex are holding up fine for now
The powerflex mounts do exactly the same thing as the prima mounts but are £70 cheaper for a 182 than the primas.
The powerflex have been sound for me and I have done a fair few miles with them on now.

The thread is about what power 182's should make standard. You don't have a 182 but you still posted because you wanted CS to bum you over your 180hp 172. When in actual fact your car has been modified I'e it is not standard, it has been modified.
It's not standard and it's not a 182 so why...
i am insured with brentacre, when i rang up i declared my exhaust, coilovers, panel filter and even my £6 ebay aerial. it doesnt cost anymore so you might aswell tell them every little detail
f**k that, i made my own out of some powerflex universal exhaust hangers. it does the same thing as the prima racing exhaust hangers but only cost me £12
