Every time I start the car the radio has reset and needs the code entered. it's getting fairly tiresome, any ideas?

FOlks Since fitting my new LED my radio resets itself every time I switch the ignition off. So every time I get into the car it is asking me for the radio code. Any ideas whats going on with this?
