I used my citrus grime remove today. Very good for removing dirt, although found I have used roughly quarter of a 1 litre bottle in one go :(

Luckily I had a spare seat, so swapped it off that. But yea you could get it there, or at a scrappy. You only need to replace the one side. Don't even need to remove the seat to do it.

This exact thing happened to mine with the silver bit. Couldn't work out where it was meant to be. I just replaced the runner on that side. Easy.

You could connect them up in place of the speakers in the back. Just extend the wires. I wouldn't connect them up as well as the rear speakers, as the headunit will have nowhere near enough power.

Yea I've got a bottle of the one that comes as a spray. Might just use it neat.

Gally do you use the DemonShine that comes in the spray bottle, or the one you just pour on diluted for clay lube. I've got a couple of the trigger spray ones, but dno if they might be already diluted.. What ratio do you use?

I fitted my standard bolts without the washers fine for 6 months+. Obviously harder to judge how much camber your running, but I managed.

The bolt supplied with the coilovers had a flat edge on one side to fit the washers. So no, original bolts won't work with washers. Although you can just use the original bolts without the washers.

Yea, people don't realise how expensive it is now a days. My brothers (twins) both passed in September time, and are on a multicar policy with Aviva. £2300 on a 1.2 16v Clio iirc.

How long ago was that though?! As said, just add parents as named drivers to the policy to bring price down. As policy holder he'll earn no claims, meaning his insurance in subsequent years will drop faster (providing nothing untoward happens!) Admiral/Elephant/Bell group seem to be cheapest...
