    Are my mpg to low?

Hmm... Read a thread recently from a race team who'd thoroughly tested V-power, Momentum and BP 102 ron in several vehicles over the course of more than a year with regular dyno sessions. Their conclusion was that tesco was far more consistent than the other two with performance equal to the...

    Is this normal?

Mine used to tramline a fair bit, especially whilst putting my foot down to pass traffic. A light set of 15" wheels has made a considerable improvement.

    182 Headlights wont'd adjust

Twist it anti-clockwise, seems like the wrong way to undo something but that's french design for you. Re attaching everything should be all you need to do, the lights auto-level. To the OP, if your lights are still wobbly you may have pushed the reflector/bulb carriage off one of its ball...

    Lock car & three beeps

Actually, 3rd reason, when UN-locking 3 beeps means the alarm was triggered by said sensors.

    Lock car & three beeps

Been covered a few times but i've never added my six eggs... 3 beeps seems to happen for 2 reasons, both down to the pressure sensors at the top of the A-pillar; 1. Intentionally. Turn off the sensors (eg when leaving the dog in the car) by opening drivers door, turn ignition to 2nd...

    15" or 16" ???

A smaller rolling radius will accelerate quicker, a larger one will have a higher top speed. In practise most people run 45 section tyres on 16" wheels or 50 section on 15"s giving a very similar overall radius so therefore the real differences will be in the weight. A superlight 16" may feel...

    15" or 16" ???

I recently switched from 182 wheels to 15" pro race 1.2s and the drop in weight makes a significant difference, the car feels much more nimble and doesn't tramlinine when accelerating hard.

Looks lovely mate, great colour but i would say that! Glad you sorted the plates, they were ruining it. Now just get rid of the black wrap on the b-pillar imo.

Beautiful (i'm biased!). Have you re-furbed the wheels darker than standard? looks stunning.

Holts tyre foam and RAC card covers it pretty well.

Renault Sport Trackday Silverstone 4th August 2011

Some lovely shots, looks great fun even in that p*ssing rain! Great mix of cars, that white gordini almost looks ok. The stripes should've gone all the way down on those.

What do you consider to be the best looks/handling suspension?

First off is is a Cup/ did it have the cup suspension pack ie cup hubs, anth wheels from the factory? If so and not a plain ol' 182 your options are much more limited because of the hubs' bolt spacing. For actual lows like it seems you're after you'll need coilovers. If no cup/pack you've got...

    Anyone got Smoked Chrome Alloys?

The pic for charcoal /anthracite is a turini and doesn't look a lot darker than the Renault anth. I'd say it'd look great against titanium silver. Not sure on the smoked chrome, the pics on the astra make it look as though it needs a good clean! Sure it looks better in the metal.

Keep 'em silver and spend the money lowering instead. Eibach sportlines fitted will be cheaper than a decent refurb.
