Indeed, there seem to be plenty of Renault sports around though few on here. Most SE meet seem to be in Essex, someone ought to get a decent Kent meet together. I'd be game if you want to meet for some photos sometime though.
I've got the Mazda one, it fits perfectly same diameter as the base unlike some I see that overhang a little. Looks great reception's fine too. No pic, soz
hi nik, because the 182 wheels are so chunky they look terrible in bright colours (search a little and you'll find them in white and yellow somewhere).
There was however a recent 'black on black' thread that looked really good.
Wow, just... Wow.
I hope dad's yacht company has a good pension plan because you're never selling carbon skinned parts again!!
Refund the money and postage before you're made to by law.
I got a spare key without a button cut and programmed for £60 at acme locksmith in canterbury. Shame the frenchies only put a key-hole on the left door.
I did my interior bits anth. recently, prepped with 400, 800 and briefly 800 wetted cos i'm a bit anal. Then 2x primer, 3x colour, added decals from n2graffix then 3x laquer. Once cured for a couple of days i polished with AG paint renovator to get rid of the orange-peel finish (probably caused...
Maybe, but that could be 2 years of a product you don't like!
I'm going to get a 4th coat from a 'panel pot' of SN, not sure i'm going to go back to it tbh, i feel it gives an impressive warm glow but kills the flake in my arctic pant. Last time i used it from some angles i almost had an RB...
Rentech in portsmouth did the belts on my 182ff for £415 recently, would've been £250ish for you (without climate), not sure if their offer's still on though.
JMS in chertsey are also closer to you than the previous suggestions.
Almost certainly the resistor pack, it's under the driver's side scuttle panel. Part no. 7701051272 about £104 +vat from Reno, easy to fit, just 2 6mm bolts which are a bit of a faff.
I just had to replace my 2nd to solve identical symptoms, bought a second hand one off here but it only lasted...
I used to rent out snow chains when i worked in a ski shop, we stocked chains from here "http://www.snowchains.co.uk/index.htm". We had standard, 13mm iirc and a lower profile 9mm. I didn't have an RS at the time so never fitted them but i'd be concerned about cheaper chains fouling/destroying...
Spectacular, as you say near perfection.
I'm never a fan of changing the colour of the diamonds but here's a rare case where maybe the front one would look epic in amphasite.
Possibly update to a 197 RS badge?
Sorry, my local stealers have a Gordini demo which i see out now and again. Think i'm going to put some sick bags in my glove box. That blue's not even vaguely a sporting colour and how black wheels are going to help eludes me.
Does look better minus the clio badge, well done on that front.
It looks like the sticker on the front isn't on straight? that's the one i'd remove, i think the ones on the sides are ok but would be better below the sidestrips.
Keep the spoiler, it's different, thought about wrapping the roof black?
Anyone else have recurring issues?
1. Fans don't work. again. Replaced the resistor pack 6 weeks ago (with a 2nd hand one), now buying new so i can try throwing it back at Reno when it dies in another 6 weeks.
2. Lambda sensor keeps throwing up a warning light, occasionally limp mode. £60...
Ultra red, looks great and is gonna be rare and desirable in a couple of years.
I need to see AG in the 'flesh', think its a winner - will it be the inferno of the 200?
Black wheels whichever.
White is too common for me, not just on Renault sports but VXRs, Ford RSs and more. If you must go...
